Each license file is individually generated for a specific gateway.
Using an incorrect license file may cause the following issues:

The web interface may remain blank or become unresponsive

The device may need to be reset to factory settings via console before a valid license can be applied
β‘οΈ Therefore, always ensure that you only use the license file specifically generated for your gateway.
π How to Request Your Personal License

Open the web interface of your gateway

On the start page, fill out all required form fields

Send the generated encoded string either:

Or via our online form: π https://www.brevis.one/de/licreq-html/

You will then receive your personal license file by email.

If certain license modules are missing even though:

You have a valid support contract

And the modules are not listed in the customer portal at my.brevis.one

β Problems Uploading the License?
If an error occurs when uploading the license file via the web interface:

Verify that the license matches the correct device (check the serial number)

If necessary, use a different browser or restart the gateway
