📡 Cellular Connectivity & LTE Usage
Our devices are equipped with global cellular modems that support multiple mobile communication standards, including LTE (4G), UMTS (3G), and GSM (2G). These "Global Modules" are designed for international use and automatically adapt to the available networks on-site.
When available, the device automatically connects to the LTE network to ensure fast and stable data transmission. If LTE is not available, it will automatically switch to the next best available network.
✅ Recommendation: Ensure that the correct APN (Access Point Name) is entered in the device configuration to maintain a stable and reliable connection over the LTE network.
💡 Technical Note: An incorrect APN configuration can prevent the device from establishing a connection to the cellular network, regardless of network availability.
If you need assistance with configuration or have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
