If your device is currently running a firmware version below 22.00, please note the following:

• A direct update to version 22.00 or higher is not possible via the web interface.

• In this case, the update must be performed using a recovery image.

📥 Download the Firmware

You can download the latest firmware from our self-service portal:

To access the download, you will need the following device information:

• Serial Number (SN)

• IMEI of the modem

You can find both pieces of information in your gateway’s web interface under:

🌐 Future Updates

Once version 22.00 or higher has been successfully installed, future firmware updates can be conveniently performed via the web interface again.
